Dinesh Agrawal

Dinesh Agrawal is a seasoned Corporate Development, Business Development, and Strategy leader with more than 20 years of professional experience in large global organizations at leadership levels. He has led over 20 acquisitions and managed various inorganic deals in markets like UK, Germany, Japan, South East Asia, NA, and India. Currently serving as the head of Corporate Development for LTI, a $1.6 billion technology consulting and digital transformation company.

Previously, Dinesh held prominent positions as the head of Ventures and M&A for Accenture Technology & Operations in India and the DevTech & Automation Segment globally, where he spearheaded collaborations, strategic investments, and acquisitions of tech companies and startups worldwide. He also contributed to corporate development at IBM India/South Asia and spent around 3 years in sales roles for IBM and Accenture in the India domestic market, focusing on BFS clients and captives, selling consulting, technology, and outsourcing services.

Apart from his corporate roles, Dinesh is an angel investor in startups and provides mentorship. He is renowned as a keynote speaker at global industry events and business schools.

Dinesh Agrawal's educational background includes studying PGDM in General Management at Xavier Institute of Management and completing studies at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
