Din Tolbert

Din Tolbert is an executive leader and expert communicator with a diverse background spanning over 10 years in the education and non-profit sectors. His primary expertise lies in partner management, increasing student and alumni engagement, and program growth and development. Additionally, he excels in content creation, curriculum development, large group facilitation, public speaking, research, strategy, and youth leadership development.

Tolbert holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Preaching & Worship from Union Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University. He also earned a Regents Diploma from Archbishop Molloy, reflecting his commitment to education and personal growth.

Throughout his career, Tolbert has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including serving as the Assistant Director of STEM at New York University, and as a Program Director and Community School Director at The Posse Foundation and East Side House Settlement, respectively. His extensive experience also includes positions such as Executive Youth Pastor at The Greater Allen AME Cathedral of New York and Program Coordinator/Director at East Side House Settlement. Prior to these roles, he has contributed his skills at Handel Architects, LLP, Zinc Consulting, and even interned at NBA.
