Dimple is currently the Senior Vice President of Product and Design at SPINS LLC, where she leads product development, digital strategy, and customer experience management for the company's unique combination of retail data, proprietary product attributes, and digital products, driving growth and innovation for CPG brands, retailers, and investors.
Prior to SPINS, Dimple worked as the Vice President of Product Management, UX & Design at FTD Companies, where she was responsible for consumer and florist product management, user experience, web analytics, and program management. During her time at FTD, she was a member of the leadership team that worked on the company's sale to Nexus Capital Management and subsequently, the executive team charged with transforming the business as a private-equity-owned portfolio company.

Dimple holds an MBA in Management & Strategy, Marketing, Analytical Consulting from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has also played several leadership roles in recruiting, talent management, professional development, and employee engagement.
