Dima Zel

Dima Zel is a seasoned professional leading the Transaction Support team at EY Israel Haifa Office, specializing in guiding potential investors and companies through the entire transactions cycle.

With over 18 years of experience, Dima has supported a wide range of clients including leading PE funds, multinationals, public and private companies, and angel investors in diverse Israeli and cross-border transactions.

He is dedicated to being a 'Trusted Advisor' by offering strategic financial advice services beyond traditional compliance and due diligence, to address capital needs such as raising, preserving, optimizing, or investing.

Dima Zel holds a CPA certification in Israel, a Master's Degree in Economics, and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). He is proficient in English, Hebrew, and Russian.

His educational background includes a B.Sc. in Economics & Management and an M.Sc. in Economics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining EY, Dima held key positions such as Chief Financial Officer at SZFK (a subsidiary of Baran Group), Investigative Auditor at Barlev Investigative Auditing, and Project Manager at Leumi Card.
