Dilan Shah, the Founder and CEO of YUR, is a California-born technical product manager, virtual and augmented reality enthusiast, programmer, athlete, and writer. He is an autodidact who has developed a background in business administration and computer science from USC. Dilan has published a book, and his blog and Twitter handle are "thelatentelement.com" and "@dilan_shah," respectively.
He has studied various courses online, including a Learning How to Learn course from UCSD, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC's Marshall School of Business, Interactive 3D Graphics and a Virtual Reality Nanodegree from Udacity, and a Minor in Computer Science from USC's Viterbi School of Engineering.
Dilan has worked with several organizations, including the Kernel Block 4 at Gitcoin, Metaverse Founder at Launch House, and as the AR Creator Residency Program at Snap Inc. He was also a Unity Curriculum Developer, Instructor at Pathstream, and a Product Development Advisor at Projectfutur.es. He co-founded and served as the CPO and CEO for YUR, served as a Launch Pad Participant at Oculus VR, and was a Virtual Reality Evangelist at Virtually Live.
