Diellza Gashi is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background in Business Development, Management, and International Business.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Development and Management from American University in Kosovo, a Doctorate in Management from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, and an MBA in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Currently, she serves as a Senior Lecturer at Kolegji Riinvest (Riinvest College) and has previously held positions such as Program Director and Senior Researcher at Riinvest Institute.

Her rich academic experience also includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at AAB-Riinvest University and as a Graduate Assistant at E.Philip Saunders College of Business.
