Diego Vallarino

Diego Vallarino is an Industrial Engineer and the current CEO of Grupo Verdeazul, S.A. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Banco Nacional de Panama and is a Director at Fundacion Grupo Verdeazul, leading various corporate social responsibility programs.

Since 2012, he has been actively involved in investment committees and served on the boards of several real estate and hospitality companies linked to Grupo Verdeazul. Previously, he was a Senior Project Manager at Buenaventura Tourist Project from 2007 to 2010.

Diego Vallarino also co-founded and served as the Managing Director of MIVTECH, INC. He has prior experience as a Financial Operations Analyst at Banco Santander Central Hispano, S.A.

His academic background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master's in Banking Business and Financial Agent from Universidad de Alcala, and a Bachelor's in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University's School of Engineering.
