Diego Ponce is a senior executive with an extensive background leading organizations in digital transformation and innovation programs. He has leveraged his skills to co-found Tenme and has been a board member of TELERED-PANAMA. In his career, Diego has been a Vice President for Human Resources and Customer Experience Strategy at Banistmo and a Vice President at Nequi Panamá. He was also a former Vice President at ONZE Panama and held Human Resource positions at Citi and Standard Chartered Bank. Diego has studied at prestigious universities such as Universidad de Los Andes, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Florida International University - College of Business, and the University of California, Berkeley. As a public speaker, he focuses on digital transformation & innovation trends. He currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at Grupo Rotoplas.
