Focusing on how to deliver security practices and technology that will allow healthcare organization to digitize their business in an effort to improve care delivery and member engagement. 

As Director of SecureAuth's Healthcare practice, I focus greatly on understanding each customer's roadmap for achieving digitization, then providing a consultative approach to security that allows healthcare organizations to see cybersecurity as a way to create competitive business advantages instead of seeing cybersecurity as an injury to the delivery of care.

Hired, managed, coached and enabled the performance of in-region Sales Executives to assure forecast accuracy and sales goal achievement. The team was comprised of 3 inside sales, 1 SMB and 1 Regional Account Managers for the Western USA.

In Addition to managing, I was a direct contributor for sales focusing on named enterprise accounts.  In my time as Director, I was responsible for increasing our Fortune 1,000 accounts from 7 to 17.

When SecureAuth's product became market viable, I was placed in charged of all states West of the Mississippi. 

- Headed up the sales effort for the acquisition of the first 50 customers by December of 2008.   The focus was on client acquisition and cultivation for the purpose of increasing market presence.   Most notable was being able to use our customers to help build the SecureAuth brand.

Regional Account Manager Western USA

- Responsible for generating new business for a start up organization.
- Created relationships with Technology partners to build out the channel. ( Early work with Bear Data, FishNet, Accuvant, FusionStorm).
- Wrote white papers and marketing material to position new technology in the market place.
- Participated in developing the Go-To-Market strategy for SecureAuth's first sales efforts.
