Diego Herrera

Diego Herrera Dutari is a prominent partner at the law firm Galindo, Arias & López, where he has been a key figure since 1986. His expertise spans various sectors, particularly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and project management. He has been recognized for his contributions to both national and international businesses, particularly in the financial and industrial sectors, as well as telecommunications.12

Herrera has led significant practice groups, including those advising the Panama Canal Authority on legal matters related to the Canal expansion project. He has also been involved in the restructuring of banking syndicates and stock offerings, demonstrating a strong focus on financial restructuring processes.
