Didier Fleury

Didier Fleury is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading organizations through change. With strong skills in strategic planning, project and program management, he has supported companies in hyper-growth phases, as well as in necessary pivots and diversifications, including mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing. His areas of expertise include changes and development management, profit center creation and execution, technology strategy, large team management, and quality initiatives.

Didier has held leadership roles in several organizations, including GROUPE MACIF, Koala Insurance, L'Essuie-Fraise, HARi, IT COLLECTION, ALBATROS-MALLETIER, Histocell. Regenerative Medicine, and LYTS Group, which he founded. As a former shareholder, CEO, advisory board member, and executive director, Didier has demonstrated his ability to lead teams through complex challenges in France and abroad.
