Dick Lion is an accomplished professional, highly skilled in leadership and competent in various areas of expertise including business process redesign, strategic direction facilitation, project management, management consulting, and government compliance. He has an exceptional track record in improving service quality, employee morale, and financial performance of organizations he leads. He studied MS in Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has a diploma in General Studies from Denbigh High as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. His extensive experience includes serving as the Human Resources Administrator - Civil Rights (Interim) at Florida Department of Children and Families.
