Dick Lion is an accomplished professional, highly skilled in leadership and competent in various areas of expertise including business process redesign, strategic direction facilitation, project management, management consulting, and government compliance. He has an exceptional track record in improving service quality, employee morale, and financial performance of organizations he leads. He studied MS in Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has a diploma in General Studies from Denbigh High as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute. His extensive experience includes serving as the Human Resources Administrator - Civil Rights (Interim) at Florida Department of Children and Families.

He was also the Compliance Officer for the Northeast Region at Florida Department of Children and Families and previously served as the President/CEO of Valentine Management Group, Inc. Mr. Lion has chaired and been a member of the board of directors of Family Foundations of Northeast Florida, served as a Senior Consultant at eLoyalty, and a Contact Center Consultant - WFM at Convergys, among other executive roles.

Dick Lion's expertise includes goal deployment and measurements, call center operations, organizational design, training, workforce management, workforce readiness programs, and economic analysis. During his career, he has also held positions such as Executive Vice President, Administration at Telesis Solutions, Inc., Vice President, Human Resources at HomeSide Lending, Inc., and District Manager - Labor Relations at AT&T.
