Their 5-year goal is to positively impact 1000 companies and at least 10,000 employees by fostering measurable positive changes in workplace joy, satisfaction, and productivity.

Dianne Porter, as an Ambassador of the Employee Joy Project, actively contributes to both research endeavors and sharing valuable discoveries.

Dianne Porter holds an Associate's Degree in LinkedIn Marketing and Lead Generation from Linked University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
