Dianne Erquiaga

Dianne Erquiaga is an experienced Program Director with a strong background in non-profit organization management. She holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from California Estate University Northridge, CSUN, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón in Lima, Perú. With over 25 years of experience, she has focused on serving families in need, particularly in expanding cleft care programs in Spanish-speaking countries in South America through her role as Program Director at Smile Train. Prior to her time at Smile Train, Dianne worked in advocacy, counseling, and social work for a child protection agency in Los Angeles, CA.
