Dianna Balabon is a seasoned brand marketer, sales expert, and positioning strategist who has worked with some of the most prestigious luxury hospitality organizations in the world. With years of experience at Peninsula Hotels, Rosewood Hotels, Andre Balazs Properties, Hakkasan Group, and Leading Hotels of the World, she brings in-depth knowledge of creating strategic plans that drive results, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and communication disciplines.

Balabon has extensive experience in CRM, e-commerce, channel management, and revenue management, and is highly adept at managing and getting the most out of premium relationships, including Virtuoso, American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, and Signature. She has led many sales teams to success and is a highly sought-after guest lecturer at Boston College, where she imparts her knowledge of brand development in the hotel world and ways to cut through the clutter.

Balabon studied journalism at the University of Iowa, and she is currently the managing director of Dianna L. Balabon LLC. Her previous roles include executive vice president of marketing at Hakkasan Group, vice president of sales and marketing at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and director of sales at The Leading Hotels of the World.
