Balabon has extensive experience in CRM, e-commerce, channel management, and revenue management, and is highly adept at managing and getting the most out of premium relationships, including Virtuoso, American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts, and Signature. She has led many sales teams to success and is a highly sought-after guest lecturer at Boston College, where she imparts her knowledge of brand development in the hotel world and ways to cut through the clutter.
