Diane Rousseau, M. Sc., PMP, SAFe

Diane Rousseau is an experienced project and portfolio manager with over 15 years of experience in consulting, market intelligence, and marketing. She has worked in various industries such as B2B, B2C, banking, transportation, healthcare, energy, government, insurance, public institutions, legal, and international mandates.

Rousseau's responsibilities include project and portfolio management, team management, client relations, strategic consulting, and business development. She is responsible for managing and delivering major projects and ensures all necessary resources are allocated efficiently. She is customer-oriented and strives to maintain trust-based relationships through the delivery of quality results, rapid understanding of diverse business contexts, and open and transparent communication. She is also a collaborator who inspires superior performance through development, coaching, and mentoring of her team.

Rousseau studied Administration with a concentration in Marketing at the Université du Québec à Montréal for her BAA degree and continued her education at Concordia University, where she completed her Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Throughout her career, she has held positions as a Vice President, Director, and Project Manager at various market research firms.
