Diane Roth

Diane Roth is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial management and international business. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Philosophy from Alliant International University, a Master's in International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, and Bachelor's in Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Bucharest.

Roth has held various positions over her career. She is currently Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of KTM Group North America, where she leads the financial management of the company's operations. Previously, Roth served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Bertelsmann Education Group Alliant International University, where she oversaw financial strategy and planning. Before joining Bertelsmann, she was Vice President of Operational Excellence Controlling and Transformation Management Office Controlling and Sourcing Finance at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.

Roth has also served in various positions in the energy and leasing industries. She worked at GE Germany Energy GE Austria & Switzerland as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, as well as Audit Manager - Corporate Audit Staff. In addition to her roles at GE, she held the position of International Key Account Manager at Raiffeisen Leasing.

Roth has also been active in education and philanthropy. She formerly served as a board member of St. Luke School of Medicine and a member of the board of advisors for Global Thinkers Forum. Roth's extensive experience and knowledge have made her a respected business leader in her field.
