Diane Pintavalle is an accomplished educator with a focus on inspiring future STEM professionals through hands-on experiences with scientists and engineers.
With a background in Biology and extensive education, including Master's degrees from CCSU and Wesleyan University, Diane has a strong foundation in the sciences.
She has been involved in NSF-funded research programs at UConn and teaches AP Biology, fostering a love for understanding the mysteries of nature in her students.
Diane's dedication to education has earned her prestigious awards such as The Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) in 2017 and the Teacher of the Year for Glastonbury Public Schools in 2019-20.
