Diane Formisani is a professional with extensive experience in education and business. Formisani started her career as an elementary school teacher and eventually moved into educational administration, serving as the superintendent for the Westwood Regional School district. During her tenure, she oversaw a district with over 3,500 students and a budget of over $50 million. After leaving education, Formisani transitioned into the world of business, serving as the Vice President of HR for ROI-NJ, a media company focused on business news in New Jersey. She has also worked as a consultant for companies in various fields, using her expertise to help them with strategic planning, leadership development, and team building. In addition to her work, Formisani is an active member of her community, volunteering her time and serving on several boards. She graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Teaching.
