Diane Carr

Diane Carr is an experienced and dynamic leader known for her focus on development strategies for sustainable growth, managing business operations, advancing volunteer and outreach service programs, defining community relationship development, and championing employment development. She has been recognized as one of the 100+ women who have impacted the arts in Cincinnati, upcoming ArtsWave’s publication - Power of Her. In nonprofit leadership, Diane significantly grew associations' national visibility, reach, and influence by 30% through partnerships with external national organizations. She revamped infrastructure and implemented best practices for daily operations at a United Way agency. In management, she designed and expanded a technical writing department from four to 40, supporting $55M in software development. During corporate reorganizations, she led the development of two strategic plans and new product line strategies globally.
