Diane Carman is a legal leader, compliance officer, and strategic business partner with impressive experience in Fortune 100 and Am Law 100 companies across a variety of industries. With exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, she is consistently sought after for her ability to build and cultivate legal and compliance infrastructure and strategic alliances. An expert in the life sciences industry, she frequently lectures on establishing and effectively managing in-house legal departments, compliance and ethics programs, employment and privacy laws, and outside counsel management.

Carman studied at Temple University's Esther Boyer College of Music, earning a degree in opera performance and languages. She went on to earn a Juris Doctorate in Law from Villanova University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Villanova University, majoring in Honors Liberal Arts and Theatre, with a minor in Business.
