Diana Lew, PHR

Diana Lew is a seasoned HR professional with a background in psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by additional psychology studies at Foothill College.

Diana's career journey has led her to various roles, with her current position as an HR Business Partner at Internet Archive. She previously served as an HR Specialist within the same organization. Prior to her HR roles, Diana held managerial positions at Sylantro Restaurant and worked as a Personal Assistant to Will McNamara.

Before entering the HR and administrative field, Diana gained diverse experience in roles such as Youth Fitness Trainer & Child Attendant at YMCA of the USA, Caregiver at Home Senior Care, Receptionist at Printed Circuit Technology, and another stint as a caregiver at a senior care facility.

Diana's educational background in psychology, coupled with her hands-on experience in HR, management, and caregiving, reflects a well-rounded professional with a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and organizational dynamics.
