Diana Dezso is a seasoned financial and economic inclusion specialist with over 15 years of experience in various key areas such as learning and organizational development, capacity assessment, program implementation and evaluation, and new business development.
She has worked extensively with global alliances and learning networks focusing on knowledge management, engagement and expansion strategies.
Diana has conducted global research on strategic risks and opportunities for financial service providers in developing countries. She has held senior leadership positions in international organizations both in Washington and in the field, including the SEEP Network and ACCION USA.
Her educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on International Development and Management from New York University.
Furthermore, Diana is the Co-Founder of Coda Collective and has previously contributed her expertise as an Independent Consultant in Financial Inclusion. She has also served in notable roles such as Senior Director of Member Affairs and Global Communications at The SEEP Network, Director of Association Development at SEEP Network, and Director of Financial Education at Accion New York (now Accion East & Online).
