Diala Jadallah-Redding

Diala Jadallah-Redding is a professional with a strong background in legislative and policy analysis, policy development, advocacy, strategic communications, staff management, coalition building, and campaigns.

She is proficient in Arabic and holds a Master of International Service (MIS) in International Peace and Conflict Resolution with a focus on Human Rights from American University School of International Service. Additionally, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in International Studies and a minor in Women and Gender Studies at George Mason University.

Diala has held key roles in prominent organizations including serving as the Policy Director at the Congressional Progressive Caucus, Senior Policy Advisor, Legislative Director, and Director of Advocacy at the U.S. House of Representatives, and as the Director of Advocacy at Americans for Democracy and Human Rights in Bahrain.
