Dhruv Joshi

Dhruv Joshi is currently the Lead - M&A at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited where he primarily focuses on M&A and restructuring aspects like slump sale, JVs, and investments. He has been instrumental in setting up key projects such as a JV for Bosch with Prettl Group in India, slump sale of the packaging division, strategic investments in companies like Sun Mobility and Routematic, and investments in renewable power SPVs for sustainability and cost optimization. Additionally, he is involved in establishing strategic partnerships for the organization.

Apart from his professional responsibilities, Dhruv also has a personal interest in creating VBA enabled macros.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, a PGDM in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a PGDPL in Patent Law from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University.

Prior to his current role at Bosch, Dhruv has held positions such as Senior IP Officer, IP Officer, and Specialist-IP at Infosys, as well as roles at Pangea3 and as an intern at Asian Paints.
