Megan Machamer, an applied anthropologist, boasts an impressive educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master's degree in Social Sciences: Cultural Anthropology from The University of Chicago. As a UX Research Director at Ipsos North America, Megan has over 10 years of research experience working with companies across various industries including technology, fintech, healthcare, and retail. Her specialties include product strategy, research design, ethnography, VUX, and international research. Additionally, she has expertise in several research methodologies and prioritizes inclusive design and gender issues in technology. When not leading research projects, Megan serves as an Adjunct Professor of Anthropology at DePaul University.
