As the former co-founder and COO of Media Hive, Thomas led his team to success through a strategic blend of innovation and process, eventually attracting the attention of Accenture, which acquired the company in 2017. Before this, Thomas served as CTO of Media Hive and, in his last two years, Culminated Media Hive being named by Demandware (Now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) as North America's Implementation partner of the year (2016) and then again by Salesforce in 2017.
