Carlos Valenzuela is a business skills trainer, certified facilitator of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology, and a coach, consultant, and university professor with more than 20 years of experience. He holds degrees in Strategic Business Administration, Anthropology, and Business Administration, and has extensive experience directing projects and working in leadership roles in the financial sector. Carlos is dedicated to developing teams and individuals to achieve personal and organizational goals. He has worked as a Project Manager and Operations Supervisor for Banco de Crédito BCP and as the founder and director of Eureka - Jugando en Serio. Additionally, he has taught at various universities in Peru, including Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, and Escuela de Postgrado UTP. Currently, Carlos is a consultant for the General Comptroller of the Republic of Peru, where he advises on human capital project management.
