Otto Wolter

Otto Wolter is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with a strong background in refractive surgery and a wealth of experience in the medical field.

Dr. Wolter pursued his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and later specialized in Ophthalmology through an intensive residency program at Radboud University Nijmegen.

Currently, he serves as the Medical Director and Refractive Surgeon at Visus Oogkliniek, where he leads a team dedicated to providing excellent eye care services.

Previously, Dr. Wolter held various positions, including Ophthalmologist and Refractive Surgeon at notable institutions such as World Eye Amsterdam, International Vision Centers, Stolmed Oog Klinieken, and Ziekenhuis Amstelland.

He also founded the Aruba Eye Institute & Aruba Laser Refractive Institute, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to advancing eye care in the region.

Dr. Wolter's extensive medical background includes roles as an Emergency Medicine Physician & ICU at Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital in Aruba, Labor Physician at Bedrijf Geneeskundige Dienst, and Preventive Pediatric Medicine at Wit Gele Kruis Aruba, highlighting his diverse skill set and adaptability in different medical settings.
