Ahmad Ejaz is an experienced audit partner at BDO USA, LLP with a focus on emerging growth companies and initial public offerings. With over 21 years of experience working with private and public companies in various industries, including technology, software, SaaS, and life sciences sectors, Ahmad has assisted many businesses with their IPOs, both within the United States and foreign exchanges. His areas of specialty include revenue recognition, business combinations, stock-based compensation, inventory cost accounting, and financial reporting. Ahmad has also worked on several Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) related projects and provided regular consultation to clients regarding their SOX compliance requirements.

Before joining BDO USA, Ahmad worked in one of the Big Four accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (A. F. Ferguson & Co). He served as a chief accountant at Bits & Bytes Technologies Inc and as an audit senior at Accounting and Consulting Group.

Ahmad earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of the Punjab, Lahore.
