Kimberly Sears is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in hospitality and real estate. She is the Director of Menkes Rental Suites Management Inc. at Menkes Developments Ltd. and has previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Dash Developments Inc. Kimberly began her career in hospitality and has worked in various roles such as Front Office Manager at Skyline Boutique Hotels and Resorts, In Room Dining Captain at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and Assistant Bar Manager at Montana's Cookhouse. She studied Social Sciences at Marianopolis College and Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management at Collège LaSalle, Montréal.

In 2009, Kimberly transitioned to Real Estate and Development and capitalized on the growing Toronto industry. With great success, she has worked with clients from around the world, protecting their investments while maintaining honesty and fairness to both owner and tenants.
