Betty holds a BA in Communications from Stanford University and has served as the founding President of Cartoon Network, where she launched Cartoon Network Studio, Cartoon Network.com, Boomerang and Adult Swim - several of which are now beloved worldwide brands - over the course of 9 years. She then went on to become President and CEO of Lifetime Entertainment Networks, where she repositioned the network to attract younger audiences and green-lit Lifetime's first original dramatic series, "Army Wives," which ran for seven seasons.
