Kim Fälling Andersen is an experienced Principal Radio Frequency Engineer with a strong background in the Telecommunication and Medical industries. With over 25 years of experience, he has contributed to various innovative projects in miniaturization, electronics co-existence, and hardware/software integration. His duties have included regulatory work, chipset integration, design reviewing, product testing for type approval and mass-production, production support and yield improvement, as well as product maintenance and field failure handling/improvement.

Kim has worked with R&D sites and production across the globe, including China, the United States, Finland, and Germany. He has overseen sub-contractor handling during his time with the Danish Air Material Command and worked with suppliers and approval authorities worldwide. Furthermore, he has in-depth knowledge about RF principles and has provided general system overviews for many projects.

Kim has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Københavns Teknikum and has worked in various roles including Senior Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones, where he was the Program Manager for Product Maintenance, Team Leader and Design Engineer. He has also worked as a Design Engineer at Motorola A/S and was an Engineer, Electronics at Danish Space Research Institute.

In his most recent position at GN Group, Kim was the Principal Radio Frequency Engineer. Prior to his role at GN Group, he was the Principal RF Engineer at GN Hearing A/S and Senior Engineer at GN ReSound A/S. He was part of a team that won Nokia's Quality Award 2002 for obtaining an extremely low manufacturing failure rate.
