Ritesh Tilani is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and mentor in the Middle East tech ecosystem. With over 30 years of experience in the region, Ritesh is the founder of Enhance Ventures, a startup studio that specializes in online marketplaces that improve lifestyles in the MENAPT region. Ritesh's portfolio includes joigifts.com, the leading online gifts platform in the Middle East, and Medicus, an AI-based health-tech platform. Before launching Enhance Ventures, Ritesh worked as the Head of UAE at iMENA Group, a leading regional VC and operator of online businesses. Ritesh is an active investor, advisor, and mentor to multiple startups and at various accelerators, such as TechStars and Startupbootcamp. Ritesh is also a regular speaker and judge at events and startup competitions, such as the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab Business Plan Competition. He has advised multiple international technology companies with their Middle East market entry. Ritesh studied at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his B.Sc. in Economics. He also earned his MBA from INSEAD.
