Meet William Harris, a talented full-stack product engineer with extensive experience building software for tech startups and giants at scale. With a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Fellow at On Deck, William brings extensive knowledge and expertise across a broad range of technology stacks. He has built software applications from pre-launch to user bases of 100+ million users and raised over $300+ million for venture-backed startup teams.

William has worked with 12 unique technology stacks, including front-end technology such as JavaScript, Ruby/Rails or Node.js backends, and PostgreSQL as the data store. He also has experience working with the 4000+ engineering team of LinkedIn, pre-and post-Microsoft acquisition.

William is currently a founding core maintainer of the Kubernetes and crystal-lang project, which helps ensure that K8s apps built in the telecom industry can scale for the CNCF whose members include industry giants like Amazon and Google. He has also built successful marketing campaigns for 300+ people social events in San Francisco and advised startups on product and engineering strategy.

Apart from his technical skills, William has experience wearing other business hats as he has sold several six-figure revenue only working part-time as an independent, built a successful consulting business, and advised startups on product and engineering strategy. Additionally, William has mentored many tech enthusiasts looking to start their careers and raise venture capital.
