Building a customer experience that both delights the customer and drives revenue requires transforming not only the front-end consumer touch points, but also the back-end processes that support that experience. - Oversaw multiple Sales and Customer car teams that support global call center operations for Travelocity's North America business. Responsibilities include Employee Development (new hire and agent recurrent training), Agent Quality, Interactive customer care (intrasite communications), Agent Effectiveness (soft skill training), and Product Management Support for the Customer Service organization. Supported both in-house and vendor facilities, and supporting Travelocity's in-house brands and white label partner brands.

Director of Agent Development and Business Operations

- Directed the development of global next generation shopping Initiative for North American, Asia Pacific, and European brands.

- Responsible for global product management team which defined product strategy, product definition, and requirements analysis. Team managed product life cycle and created product positioning for each release within the respective marketplace.

- Lead the development of business plans for project which included greater than $20M in development spend.

- Responsible for global creative experience team, global market research, and monitoring competitive activity. Managed outside vendor relationship, establishes pricing and customer experience strategies for project in areas of design and usability testing.

- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel (team) to ensure the efficient operation of the project.

Director of Product Management, Global Trips

- Managed a team that was responsible for the product strategy for the Travelocity TotalTrip (Dynamic Packaging), Hotel, and Activities product lines.
- Responsible for building marketing and business plans for all consumer-facing and back-end product enhancements that include analysis of compatibility with current product lines, long range growth potential, customer needs, industry growth and structure, pricing and competitive positioning.
- Accountable for providing requirements and prioritizing all initiatives for the technology organization.
- Also responsible for a cross company special assignment effort which included  product quality improvements in Travelocity's dynamic packaging business.

Director of Product Management, Hotel and Dynamic Packaing

- Managed a team responsible for defining business requirements, integrating technology enhancements, financial analysis, and market research to analyze site performance and generate and implement future product concepts for Air Line of Business.
- Team’s focus area was on user interfaces and back-end systems to support airline ticket shopping, pricing, and bookings for Travelocity leisure sites and partner sites.
- Included the of launch Flight Navigator. This project was aimed at launching a new customer experience and industry leading shopping application allowing customers to shop and book flight itineraries.
- Crucial in establishing a vision which promotes <a href="http://Travelocity.com">Travelocity.com</a> growth with customers and partners, as well as developing and nurturing the product management team.

Director of Product Manager, Flights

- Lead Product Manager to define and launch the packaging product for the Dynamic Packaging Line of Business.
- Responsibilities include the building of a new dynamic packaging platform for Travelocity, improving “cross-selling” across the site and in customer communications and promoting high-margin and merchant products.
- Selected by senior management to serve as the Packaging product representative for select non-package businesses and business areas, as well as with Sabre's Shopping & Pricing and Research groups.
- Leader for all packaging maintenance tracking and prioritization.
- Responsible for the creation and evaluation of new concepts for our package product, from initial development up to the requirements definition stage.

Senior Product Manager, Packaging

- Responsible for strategic development and placement of <a href="http://Travelocity.com">Travelocity.com</a> air products in the marketplace.
- Managed all stages of the product life cycle and coordinated closely with the company’s Product Development team and Travel Industry Relations team on implementation and maintenance of air product offerings.
- Built marketing and business plans for product enhancements that included analysis of compatibility with current product lines, long range growth potential, customer needs, industry growth and structure, pricing and competitive positioning which was demonstrated with the Air redesign project which allowed more customer choices shopping with a lower operating cost.
- Promoted <a href="http://Travelocity.com">Travelocity.com</a> strategy to ensure growing air conversion ratios, expanding diversity of fare types offered to customers and increasing revenue per ticket.
- Managed day-to-day Air Product Quick Hit list providing appropriate technical and customer experience solutions.

Air Product Mananger

- Oversaw the redesign of the Air Search Results page,  working with the Design Team to produce a Results page that was both fundamentally Clean and easy to Navigate.
- Worked closely with Product Development and the Travel Industry Relations Teams managing, implementing, and maintaining all stages of the Airline Coupons and Percent off Promotions Project.
- Compiled and Analyzed competitive research that evaluated the current pricing environment with Travelocity and its competitors.
- Analyzed International airfare pricing and its implications on revenue and carrier share.
