Responsibilities
 - Facilitate in-class training to corporate clients, contracted agencies and individuals, incorporating technical knowledge and business procedures
 - Customize curriculum for corporations and government agencies to augment international standardized technical material with situation specific career training
 - Design supplementary materials, independent and interactive exercise, business scenario-based simulations, job-aides and structured lab environments to enhance blended-learning experience
 - Liaise with sales team to generate interactive presentations, marketing materials and product demonstrations and knowledge documentation
 - Counsel Students on career path and technical development

Project Achievements
 - Independently tasked to redesign existing Microsoft courseware to incorporate documentation standards of practice and more thoroughly align to Microsoft Offices Specialist exam parameters
 - Created informational manual structure that doubled volume of information available to students while reducing number of pages and printing costs
 - Incorporation of sidebars identified routine document formatting and office procedural information
 - Creation of “Try This” Alternative method section increased instructor flexibility where students can learn alternative techniques at their own pace.
 - Constructed Employment Development Program in accordance with State Employment agency & guidelines to improve technical skills, resume development and job search techniques
