Zoe Argento is a distinguished privacy and information security lawyer who specializes in employment contexts. She has a strong background in advising businesses of all sizes on data security laws and standards, social media and new technologies, online copyright and trademark risks, among others. Zoe is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston College Law School, where she studied after earning her Bachelor of Arts in history and physics from Harvard University.

Before joining Littler Mendelson as a Co-Chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice, Zoe was an Associate Professor at Roger Williams University School of Law and worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP. She also spent some years as a consultant at LEK Consulting and served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, which gave her valuable leadership and strategic skills.
