Zack Young, a seasoned leadership and performance coach, has an extensive background in counseling individuals and organizations on how to maximize potential and streamline their impact. Zack holds a certification in Strategic Intervention Coaching from Robbins-Madanes, and has completed further education in Applied Psychology at Stanford University, with specialized courses in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychotherapy. Before stepping into the realm of coaching, Zack worked as a consultant in the UK and the US, and was trained as an actor with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. Zack has an impressive educational background, studying Philosophy at the University of Oxford, and obtaining a BSc in Psychology and Marketing Communications from the Open University. He has held several key positions in many well-established organizations, including being a Fellow of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a strategic consultant at Blazon, and a project consultant at Expert360. He has also been a contributor at the Huffington Post and worked as director of strategy and operations at ShiftWear Corp. Currently, he hosts an experience with Airbnb, among other engagements.
