Meet Dexter Ligot-Gordon, a problem solver with a passion for creating innovative solutions in the education and workforce development sectors. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley and experience as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Kalibrr (YC W13), Dexter knows how to build strong and diverse teams that can incubate projects from scratch and achieve objectives in ambiguous circumstances.

Dexter's talent for strategic thinking has led to successful program and policy design as Principal at Ituro Consulting, Principal Analyst at the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development for the City and County of San Francisco, and Program Manager at the Insight Center for Community Economic Development. His previous roles have allowed him to holistically understand the economic and political forces that shape public systems.

In addition to his vast experience, Dexter is a former Regent of the University of California and has served as a Campaign Manager for Filipinos Against Prop 54, advocating against discrimination for minority communities. Finally, he brings technical expertise as a former Administrative Analyst- Web Development, Statewide Database-Institute for Governmental Studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
