Dexter Ingram is an international counterterrorism and counter weapons of mass destruction strategist with over 25 years of experience in military, public, and private sectors.
He has led U.S. interagency delegations to Central Asia and North Africa focusing on nuclear smuggling and regional nuclear proliferation deterrence.
Currently, he serves as a Special Advisor for the Defeat ISIS Coalition and Taskforce at the U.S. Department of State.
