Dexter Ingram

Dexter Ingram is an international counterterrorism and counter weapons of mass destruction strategist with over 25 years of experience in military, public, and private sectors.

He has led U.S. interagency delegations to Central Asia and North Africa focusing on nuclear smuggling and regional nuclear proliferation deterrence.

Currently, he serves as a Special Advisor for the Defeat ISIS Coalition and Taskforce at the U.S. Department of State.

Dexter has held various prominent positions such as Senior Counter Terrorism Advisor to INTERPOL in Lyon, France; Senior Political Advisor in Helmand, Afghanistan; and Deputy Director of the State Department's Office of WMD Terrorism.

He completed his Master's Degree at the College of International Security Affairs, a War College Diploma at National Defense University, and Executive Education at Harvard University, among other educational achievements.

Dexter's media experience includes appearances on major networks such as CNN, FOX News, and MSNBC, and his work has been featured in prestigious publications like USA Today, The Washington Post, and Time Magazine.
