Dex Smith

Dex Smith is an MBA graduate with extensive experience in the fields of design, marketing, and business strategy. With a Bachelor of Science in Technical Journalism and a minor in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University, Smith later studied HCI principles and Designing the User Interface at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Smith has held several positions at HP throughout their career, including Global Design Director, Head of UX Design, Chief Design Zealot, SaaS Product Strategist, Services Conversion Manager, Head of Product & Design (Smart Home/Entertainment), Senior Manager (Strategy & Innovation and Web Services Product Marketing), as well as Photo Strategist and Solution Architect.

As a veteran leader in direct-to-consumer environments, Smith works to empower team members to deliver innovative and exceptional experiences, driving customer engagement and loyalty that delivers business results.
