Devonne Jackson is a distinguished professional with a passion for community outreach and healthcare improvement. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Services and Community Redevelopment at Another Chance 1, a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Institute, Devonne works with healthcare providers and community leaders in Charlotte, North Carolina to achieve safe and effective healthcare community outreach.
Devonne's past experience has been in the banking industry, where she served as a former Class Action, Deposit Account Underwriting, Securities Operations, and Retail Lockbox Area Team Lead at Wachovia Bank. Her background in finance has provided her with a strong foundation, which she leverages to manage finances and development projects at Another Chance 1 successfully.
Devonne's joy comes from seeing outreach programs change lives and reshape hearts for hope. She focuses on motivating and building the will for change, identifying and testing new case management process models of care in partnership with both patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the broadest possible adoption of best practices and effective innovations.
