Devon Bostock is the Founder of Expansion Growth Capital (EGC), an investment firm specializing in internet, software, and technology-enabled companies in various market segments.

With a focus on venture, growth, and lower middle market segments, EGC collaborates with entrepreneurs, founders, and management teams to provide tailored venture debt and growth credit products to support business expansion and growth.

Devon brings extensive experience in financing venture, growth, and later-stage technology businesses nationwide, covering a range of stages and product types.

His career has honed his expertise in venture debt, growth capital, and sponsor finance, with a keen interest in technology companies utilizing software-as-a-service, business-to-business (B2B), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) models.

Education-wise, Devon pursued a Masters of Management Studies in Foundation of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Markets and Management, and another Bachelor of Arts in Earth & Ocean Sciences, all from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Throughout his career, Devon has been involved with various organizations, holding key positions such as Advisory Board Member at Octad Corporation, Founder & Managing Partner at EGC, Founding Venture Partner (NYC) at NextGen Venture Partners, Managing Director at TriplePoint Capital, and several other roles at prestigious institutions like Comerica Bank, Square 1 Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Yorkville Advisors, and MD Global Partners.
