Devendra Singh is a highly accomplished and versatile researcher with a diverse set of skills and experience. With a Ph.D. in Thin film nanotechnology, Experimental condensed matter physics from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and Master degrees in Advanced Materials Sciences & Technology and Physics_X-rays & Condensed Matter Physics, he is a recognized expert in fields such as Monolithic 3D Integration, Thin-Film Technology, Flexible & Stretchable Electronics, Transducers, Solar Energy, Semiconductor Nanoelectronics, Optoelectronics, CMOS, Thermoelectric Devices, Epitaxy, TCOs, Nanocomposites, Display technology, lighting solutions, Soft Robotics, Energy Harvesting Technology, and more.
Dr. Singh has held postdoctoral positions at top research institutions such as National University of Singapore and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, where he has conducted cutting-edge research in areas such as PVD system like Sputtering, Thermal evaporation, growth & characterization of wide band-gap semiconductors (II-VI, III-V, ZnO, Doped ZnO, IGZO, GaN, ITO), wet-chemical synthesis for II-VI semiconductors, and advanced nano-fabrication tools Hands-on at 100 Cleanroom environment; Laser writer, Mask Aligner, Electron Beam Lithography, E-beam Evaporator, ALD, PECVD, Sputtering, RIE, Stress Measurement, RTP.
Aside from his work in research, Dr. Singh has also held positions as a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification recipient at KPMG, Co-founder & Vice President at Miitti, and Faculty member at various educational institutions.
