Devan Mitchem is a seasoned professional who played a pivotal role in Google's early global expansion efforts, particularly focusing on Internet Exchanges and pioneering data center designs from shipping containers to large-scale campuses worldwide.

Beyond his corporate roles, Devan is deeply involved in traditional and digital art as both a patron and creator, with his works showcased in renowned art galleries like Nagel Draxler in Germany, Unit Gallery in London, and Art Basel in Switzerland.

Currently serving as the Head for Web3 Partnerships & Strategy in Asia, Devan collaborates closely with blockchain protocol teams, foundations, technical ecosystem providers, and startups in the realms of DeFi and NFTs.

Moreover, Devan's contributions extend to volunteer initiatives leveraging cloud computing, including designing the GKE backend for Google's public blockchain data sets, participating in design sprints for fake news classification under the Google News Initiative, and fostering partnerships with Internet Exchange operators to enhance transparency on internet speeds through Measurement Lab.
