•	Developed a Loan Origination System, based on Java, J2EE, which enables brokers to go through the entire loan submission process on-line, with automated pricing and underwriting system that is used to qualify and price a loan.

About:
The application was based on Java, JEE with initial implementation of MVC architecture using Struts which was later moved to Spring Framework (Spring mvc). The database layer was primarily Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL) and the ORM solution was Hibernate for extensive financial transaction payment integrity. The solution was deployed and hosted on Weblogic servers with load balancing and auto deployment used Apache build tools like Ant. Local machine environments often used Apache Tomcat web servers for speedy development.
The SOA (Web Services) oriented architecture was adapted and utilized REST, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI registry.
Front end design consisted of HTML, Javascript and CSS.

•	Primary project was for creating J2EE based system for the largest broadcaster in India.
•	Leading engineering team, besides hands-on development

Details:
Developed two applications, based on J2EE, namely a target costing product and a best of best benchmarking product, around IP provided by McKinsey & Company and powered by proprietary Oracle applications for Questrix – a venture backed start-up from Oracle and McKinsey.

Role: Interacted extensively with McKinsey and Oracle consultants (in US as well as India) across development, program management and product management to understand requirements, convert
them to associated use-cases, program code (Java, JSP) and eventually trouble-shoot the merged
applications, under budget and on-time. 
Performance on the ground convinced senior managers (at McKinsey and Oracle) to extend contract for another six months, with a bigger role (Module Lead) to
shape and enhance both products.

Trigyn Technologies

Led implementation of financial products for European banks.

Details:
Multiweb Procash is corporate banking software, adhering to German Banking Standards, through which payments can be made to the bank and acknowledgements and statements can be received. Encryption and compression facilities make the system very secure and capable of transferring large files. Multi-user environment, multi-context facilities and interaction with multiple banks make the system more complete.

Role: As a lead team member responsible for understanding & refining the design of application (including security requirements), overseeing implementation (and implementing server kernel, in specific) and helping the members to understand and implement the modules. The application boasted fully automated testing framework using Apache JUnit.
Technology: Core Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Tomcat, Oracle, Struts
Public Private Key Pair (also known as Public Key Cryptography) with Industry standard encryption algorithms to ensure safety in transactions for banking payments. Credit card payment processing capabilities were planned to be introduced during next phase of the project.
