Destiny Aigbe is a prominent securities lawyer in the United States who focuses on initial public offerings (IPOs), direct public offerings (DPOs), Regulation A+ (mini-IPOs), reverse mergers, private placements, convertible debt offerings, and initial/securities coin offerings (ICO/STOs). With a JD degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a B.S. in Finance with Honors from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Aigbe has represented microcap and small cap public companies listed on the NASDAQ, NYSE-MKT, TSX, and OTC Bulletin Board. She often serves as corporate counsel and advises on restructuring during mergers and acquisitions and securities filing requirements. She represents funds, debt holders, and debt buyers in negotiations with publicly traded companies to restructure debts, and settle claims.
