Desiree Flanary is an experienced Senior Valuation Manager with a background in hotel and resort property valuation and consultation. As a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), she is skilled in negotiating appeal settlements with tax authorities and presenting evidence at county and state board hearings. Passionate about commercial real estate, Desiree is a former Senior Vice President at HVS and U.S. Hotel Appraisals, with involvement in over 1,000 hotel and resort projects throughout the United States. In addition to her work, Desiree regularly donates to the MS Society and participates in the annual MS Deception Pass Class, as well as actively engaging in outdoors activities like hiking and road biking.
