Deshraj Yadav is a highly accomplished professional with a background in technology and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Co-founder and CTO of Mem0.ai, a pioneering platform known as 'The Memory Layer for Personalized AI.'

With an illustrious career, Yadav previously held the role of Senior Autopilot Engineer at Tesla, where he played a pivotal role in spearheading the development of the AI Platform crucial for Autopilot. His responsibilities included overseeing job performance, troubleshooting training clusters, automating machine learning workflows, and creating a centralized platform for data accessibility.

Yadav's expertise extends to creating innovative tools and infrastructure for enhancing machine learning processes, such as 3D labeling software, model evaluation tools, and active learning-based label enhancement software.

Academically, Deshraj Yadav holds a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Machine Learning from Georgia Tech. His research primarily focuses on improving AI accuracy and understanding human intentions and behaviors. He was the recipient of the Snap Research Scholarship and gained valuable experience through an internship at Snap Research.
